Preparations are underway for PUB19, which is to be staged at London’s Olympia February 5-6 February. The dedicated show for the UK pub industry provides an opportunity to meet with suppliers, network with others to share ideas and inspiration, and to learn about the latest trends from across the pub and inn sector.
In the run-up to the event PUB19 organisers are presenting the PUBcast, which offers the chance to explore some of the biggest trends, kicking off with “What makes a good pub food offering?”
The episode features Joycelyn Neve – founder and director of the Seafood Pub Company; Geetie Singh-Watson – founder of the UK’s first, and only, organic pub The Duke of Cambridge; Pete Brown – food and drink writer and Chair of the British Guild of Beer Writers; Lee Cash – founder of Peach Pubs; and Lucy Gaskin – food marketing manager at Fuller, Smith & Turner
Innkeeper magazine will be present with its stand at the event. Please drop by and chat to bring us up to date with your latest news.
